TWO BABIES SURVIVED A TORNADO THAT TOOK THEM AWAY AFTER THEIR GRANDMOTHER PLACED THEM IN A BATHTUB

There was a devastating tornado that blasted across Kentucky in last year. The unforgettable thing was the way two babies were saved by their grandmother by placing them in a bathtub.

Multiple states including Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas were highly impacted by the tornadoes. There were countless emergencies and destroyies. Many people lost their valuble lives and many homes and properties were destroyed as a result of this unfortunate disaster.

Clara Lutz of Hopkins County, Kentucky, expressed how she had placed 15-month-old Kaden and 3-month-old Dallas in a bathtub to prepare for the coming storm in the absence of a cellar. She did not forget to place a pillow, a blanket and a Bible with little ones.

The storm struck and it ripped the bathtub from Clara’s grasp and pulled it up into the air.

There was rumbling and the shaking of the house. She further explained that the tub had lifted and it was out of her hands before she could really see it.

She looked everywhere to see where the tub might be but not it had not anywhere.

“I had no idea where these babies were. ‘Lord, please bring my babies back to me safely,’ was all I could say. Please, I beg you.”

Meanwhile, Clara was hit in the back of the head by the tub’s water tank.

However, the tub which was upside down was later found in the grandmother’s yard.  Two babies were found beneath it, unharmed as her prayers. After that babies were recovered from sealed plastic containers and rescued.

“The sheriff came to me and I got into their car. At the end of my journey, they brought Kaden, my 15-month-old son, for me. Then, they brought me Dallas, my three-month-old baby.  “He had a large old goose egg on the back of his head. We had no idea what happen there,” Clara explained.

Dallas was admitted to the hospital with brain bleeding. However, by the time he arrived at the hospital, the bleeding had stopped luckily.

After being reunion with little cuties, Clara repeatedly credited God for saving the lives of her grandchildren.

We are very grateful that both of these babies recovered and survived! Everyone in the world appreciate her thoughtful act to put them in the bathtub!
